As a Completions Engineer with Shell, I develop concepts for well construction and manage the process through to final completion. The role is project management-oriented, it is imperative that each job must be delivered within budget and on time.

I studied at university and during this time spent a year in the oil and gas industry as part of my course. After graduation the company offered me a job and from there I got the opportunity to work worldwide.

My role gives me a great sense of achievement when a well is completed, working properly and the team can return home safely.
